QuickBooks Online Sync Client Version 2.1 – New Features
  • Send Jobs to QBO
    • When “Send Jobs to QBO” is selected, the query for jobs will exclude any jobs that have “exclude job progress” selected
  • Options – Exclude Job progress
    • In the exclude Job progress section, jobs and purchase orders can be excluded based upon the selected job progress list
  • Mapping Options – Map Estimate by Cost Code
    • When “Map Estimate by Cost Code” is selected in the Options, RM List Type and RM cost code will be used for estimate mappings
  • Mapping Options – Send POs to QBO
    • When “Send POs to QBO” is selected, the query for purchase orders will exclude any purchase orders that have “excluded Job Progress” selected
  • RM Employee Permissions
    • Employee permissions allow the QuickBooks Online Options and Mapping Options to be edited

    • The field report header includes site, site address, and report logo

    • Add in capability to save different grid preferences

    • allow user to save settings as private or for users with a default private

  • A numeric option has been added as an option in the job custom fields
  • Schedule Update
    • The Schedule has been updated to a new UI and now have enhanced functions for better flow.
