Restoration Manager Version 19.0 – New Features
  • Grid Preferences
    • Add in capability to save different grid preferences
  • New Save Settings
    • allow user to save settings as private or for users with a default private
  • Job custom Fields
  • A numeric option has been added as an option in the job custom fields
  • Schedule Update
    • The Schedule has been updated to a new UI and now have enhanced functions for better flow.
  • Schedule Switch
    • there is now a way to switch between employee, job, vendor, production, and showing daily as default and can switch to week or month
  • Existing schedules
    • users can view existing schedules and change them, using the drag option to update times
  • Schedule work orders
    • users can schedule and create new work orders for a job
  • Employees and Vendor
    • users can assign a work order to multiple employees in addition to the vendor using a drop down list
  • Compliance Requirements
    • A new setting has been created to turn on Compliance Requirements on the Job Detail pages
  • Task accountability
    • the number of tasks and ranges/colors Task Accountability has been added
  • Editing Job Progresses
    • the ability to disable editing of job progresses has been added for users
  • Phone Number Updates
    • Phone numbers have been formatted to be viewed as country code, formatted number, and extension.
  • QBO options
    • users can send estimate by line item, cost code, total, purchase order amount, or breakdown by cost type
  • QBO Purchase orders
    • the functionalities of purchase orders have been updated to be based upon the options for mapping
  • Line items
    • Added line items to new and existing work order where the system will track but not remove previous work orders
  • Estimate Line Items
    • a new tab called “estimate line items” has been added where a table will appear with line items
  • Work Order Report
    • the “XA Item Settings” has been removed from system settings, and Line Item/Quantity, Line Item/Action, Line Item/ Hours, Line Item Assemblies have been added where the user has the option to print
  • Photo Report
    • Added Cause of Loss to Photo Report
  • Job Detail Page
    • Added Site of job on Job detail page
  • New Work Order
    • users can create new work orders for a job by adding in the selection of Employees
  • Add Work Order Employee
    • there is now the ability to add a work order employee and a grid of Work Order Employee Data will appear.
  • Select Work Order Employee
    • when creating a work order, the user can now select a work order employee from the employees field in the WO detail tab.
  • Compliance task complete button
    • the complete button will be grayed out preventing you from completing the same task twice.
