Restoration Manager Version 18.0 – New Features

  • Job Custom Fields
    • Added the capability to define the data types of Job Custom fields

    • Added the capability to set the Determinations for jobs or items

Restoration Manager Version 18.0 – Bug Fixes

  • Email/Text Notifications sent out multiple times.
  • Work In Progress Dashboard panel “Avg Estimate” and “Backlog” the totals should be the same across all tabs.
  • Inactive Document Template Packets are being deleted instead of inactivated.
  • Users intermittently redirected to the Dashboard when navigating in the application.
  • Work Order Documents Tab – The page doesn’t load and displays a 500 internal server error.
  • Work Order, Request for Bid – When using the “Award Vendor” function the e-mail is never sent.
  • Company Contacts Tab – When trying to use the “Quick Task” or “Quick Correspondence” the user has to click the magnifying glass and manually add the Task/Correspondence rather than have it automatically populated.
  • Company Documents Tab – When a user selects a document and attempts to upload a different document, after attempting to upload the page freezes or will time out.
  • Sales Route – Error when printing Contacts.
  • When creating a new Company, a message displays there is already an existing job.
  • Sales Results and Sales Results Referral data export doesn’t include the “Source” column.
  • Job Loss Reports – Black X error generated if the Loss is not highlighted before running the selected report.
  • Photo Report text overlapping with long Company names.

  • Primary Contact email missing when emailing a signed document.
  • Sending an email copy of a signed doc doesn’t work.
