Defect Fixes:

View Jobs Grid: Resolved an issue where Save Grid Preferences on the View Jobs page was not saving correctly when using Google Chrome.
View Jobs Page – View Map: Resolved an issue where the Job Mapping page was not closing properly.
Documents & Pics – Upload Multiple Documents: Resolved an intermittent issue where the upload window could become stuck in an endless loading state when multiple documents were selected for upload.

Defect Fixes:

Compliance Template – Tasks: Resolved an issue where Compliance Template Tasks assigned to job records were inconsistently completed when the Job Progress was updated to “Job Not Sold.” Users will now be prompted with a pop-up window asking whether all associated tasks should be Closed or Canceled when the Job Progress is changed to “Job Not Sold.”
Create Work Orders – Budget: Resolved an issue where overridden budget values within the Create Work Orders tab were not being saved after users updated the budget amount.
Job Page – Save Button: Resolved an issue where clicking the Save button incorrectly redirected users to Save and Add Copy instead of simply saving the page.
View Jobs Grid: Resolved an issue where the Primary Account Manager and Secondary Account Manager columns were displaying assignment data from Staff 7 and Staff 8 on the Job record instead of retrieving the values from the Primary Account Manager and Secondary Account Manager fields on the Company record.

Defect Fixes:

Reports – Print Button: Resolved an intermittent issue where the Report print button was either missing or displayed as an “X.”

Improvement:

Work Order Suspended Date Permission: Added a new permission that allows Users and Power Users to update the Suspended Date on Work Orders.

Defect Fixes:

Task Templates (All Sites): Fixed an issue where users couldn’t select “Available in All Sites” when creating or editing task templates.
Top Referral Sales Dashboard: Corrected a calculation issue where sales totals were inaccurate when equipment or consumables with billing amounts were included in a job.
Company Portal – Add New Job: Updated mislabeled fields—“Staff” and “Supervisor” are now correctly shown as Primary and Secondary contacts.
Equipment Details (Site Assignment): Fixed an issue where changing equipment from “All Sites” to a single site would not save properly.
Send Work Order to Vendor: Resolved an error that occurred when sending work orders to vendors with multiple email addresses separated by line breaks.

Defect Fixes:

Job – Save & Add Copy: Resolved an issue when using Save & Add Copy triggered an error indicating that the phone number was incomplete.

Defect Fixes:

New Lead Page – Location: Resolved an issue where, when logged into more than one office (site), the ZIP code mapping was not triggering the site update logic required to enable site-dependent fields on the Add New Lead form.

Improvement:

About Page – UI improvements including better information alignment and updated links.

Defect Fixes:

New Lead Page – Location: Resolved an issue where the address was not updating properly.
